Car-Specialized MyData Service Integrated... Launch of 'Hyundai Capital App 2.0'
The Industry's First Chatbot Service Too
[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] Hyundai Capital announced on the 30th that it will launch 'Hyundai Capital App 2.0,' equipped with automobile-specialized MyData services and the industry's first chatbot service.
First, Hyundai Capital, which obtained the first full permit for the MyData business in the capital industry last year, will introduce a MyData service specialized in automobile asset management. It provides integrated asset inquiry services for customers, including automobile finance and real estate, helping customers systematically manage their credit scores.
Additionally, Hyundai Capital plans to offer a service that designs the optimal vehicle and usage method considering the customer's financial situation through the app, and recommends the best vehicle and usage method optimized for each customer by precisely analyzing their lifestyle, driving patterns, and financial information.
Furthermore, it is preparing a management service based on the analysis of automobile-related expenses, driving characteristics, and vehicle operation data, aiming to provide optimized services for each stage of the automobile lifecycle (Car-life) from 'purchase-use-sale' to customers.
It will also introduce the industry's first chatbot service in the capital sector. The chatbot service, based on Natural Language Understanding (NLU) technology, handles various services 24 hours a day on the app, such as bill payment, early repayment, mortgage inquiry/cancellation, and document issuance.
Before the official launch, the chatbot service recorded an answer accuracy rate of over 90% for major tasks during beta testing, and this figure is expected to improve further through continuous machine learning. If the chatbot's answers are insufficient or outside the chatbot consultation scope, customers can receive responses through chat counselors.
