The city, Changwon Cultural City Support Center, Yejong, Pureun Naesa Residents’ Association, and 13 other resident organizations, village facilities, social enterprises, and art hobby groups will form a cooperative system to lead the project.

Under the theme of ‘Connecting Villages,’ the city is divided into four zones: Masan Naesa area, Seongho-Odongdong area, Jinhae Yeojuadong area, and Changwon Bongnimdong area, aiming to establish regional identity and build a living culture ecosystem platform. The city plans to continue resident-led living culture activation projects.
