SK Chemicals "Decision to Accept Final Proposal of Humidifier Disinfectant Damage Relief Adjustment Committee"
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-ju] SK Chemicals announced on the 28th that it has decided to accept the final proposal of the Humidifier Disinfectant Damage Relief Mediation Committee.
The proposal states that if 50% of the victim groups and participating companies (9 companies) agree, the stakeholders are considered to have reached an agreement and the mediation is established. Subsequently, if more than 50% of the mediation subjects agree within the deadline, the agreement takes effect.

Upon establishment of the mediation, SK Chemicals' maximum contribution amount will be 158.3 billion KRW, which corresponds to 4.0% of assets and 6.2% of equity based on last year's consolidated financial statements.
