Previously, to apply for 'Medical Expense Support Consultation,' patients had to request it from medical staff or visit the hospital's social work team in person. Recently, due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, patient mobility and guardian visits to the hospital have been restricted, making face-to-face consultation applications very difficult.
By using the mobile app 'Medical Expense Support Consultation,' jointly developed by the hospital's social work team, inpatient administration team, and Peace Ease, patients who find face-to-face consultation applications difficult can now apply for consultations remotely.
Additionally, various social welfare programs and information such as ▲Catastrophic Medical Expense Support Project ▲Emergency Support System (Medical Expenses) ▲Public Health Center Cancer Patient Support Project (Pediatric) ▲Public Health Center Cancer Patient Support Project (Adult) ▲Home Cancer Patient Management Project are also provided through the app.
