McDonald's Appoints Kim Gi-won, Current Chief Marketing Officer, as New CEO
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon]McDonald's Korea announced on the 27th that it has appointed Kim Giwon, the current CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) of McDonald's Korea, as the new CEO. The official inauguration date is May 1 of this year.
Anthony Martinez, the current CEO who has led McDonald's Korea for the past two years, will take on the role of CEO of McDonald's Australia.
New CEO Kim stated, "We will further strengthen the customer-centric management promoted by CEO Anthony Martinez to accelerate McDonald's Korea's growth momentum."
