At the shareholders' meeting, Executive Director Kim Jin-hyun (60) was also retained. Ha Young-jung, former Head of Planning and Budget at Gyeongnam National University, was appointed as auditor.
Chairman Nam, who is from Geoje, Gyeongnam, earned his bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees (in Business Administration) from Gyeongnam National University. He has served as a distinguished professor at Gyeongnam National University, a member of the 6th Gyeongnam Provincial Assembly, chairman of the Gyeongnam Credit Guarantee Foundation, and CEO of Gyeongnam Trading Co., Ltd.
