326 Billion Won Invested... 72 Projects Including Quarantine Infrastructure and Livestock Odor Improvement 추진
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] Hampyeong-gun, Jeollanam-do, has stepped up support for livestock and fisheries farmers facing difficulties due to the spread of COVID-19 and rising international grain prices.
According to the county on the 24th, 32.6 billion KRW will be invested in 72 projects, including livestock manure joint resource utilization and quarantine infrastructure, to strengthen competitiveness in the livestock and fisheries sectors this year.
Major projects in the livestock sector include ▲livestock manure joint resource utilization (8.9 billion KRW) ▲livestock product manufacturing, processing, and distribution facilities (4.8 billion KRW) ▲support for quarantine infrastructure installation (1.7 billion KRW) ▲livestock odor improvement projects (1.4 billion KRW), among others.
In the fisheries sector, projects include ▲Wolcheon Port Fishing Village New Deal 300 (8 billion KRW) ▲eco-friendly energy supply projects (400 million KRW) ▲small fishing boat hoist installation projects (100 million KRW), etc.
Additionally, the county held a Food Industry Policy Review Committee meeting on the 7th to complete the selection of project beneficiaries and is accelerating the prompt execution of the first half of the year to revitalize the stagnant local economy.
