On the 24th, the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul announced that they arrested a man in his 60s, identified as Mr. A, on the 23rd on charges including drunk driving.
Mr. A caused a minor collision while intoxicated around 10:10 PM near Nonsan 1-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and attempted to flee the scene.
When the police arrived after receiving a report and tried to subdue him, Mr. A swung his fist at the officers. At the time, his blood alcohol concentration was confirmed to be 0.134%, which is above the license cancellation level.
