Korea Securities Finance Posts 272.7 Billion KRW Net Profit Last Year...Original Proposal Approved at General Meeting
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Seon-ae] Korea Securities Finance announced on the 22nd that it recorded a net profit of 272.7 billion KRW last year.
Korea Securities Finance held its regular shareholders' meeting at its headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul, on the same day and approved the agenda, including the financial statements, as originally proposed. Last year's net profit was 272.7 billion KRW, an increase of 4.08% compared to the previous year.
The asset size increased by about 10 trillion KRW from a year ago, reaching 71.0252 trillion KRW. The dividend payout ratio rose by 1.4 percentage points to 29.9%, with total dividends amounting to 81.6 billion KRW.
