Oasis Market Reports 357 Billion KRW in Sales Last Year, Up 50% Year-on-Year
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] Oasis Market, a dawn delivery specialist, announced on the 21st that its cumulative sales last year reached 357 billion KRW. This represents a 50% increase compared to the 238.6 billion KRW sales in 2020, marking the highest figure since Oasis Market was founded in 2011.
Last year's operating profit was 5.7 billion KRW, a 41% decrease compared to the previous year. Oasis Market explained that this was due to a temporary increase in investment costs caused by new store openings and expansion of logistics facilities.
Oasis Market stated that the number of orders increased by approximately 150% year-on-year last year due to the expansion of handled products and dawn delivery service areas, and the average spending per customer increased by about 10%. The cumulative number of members last year grew by 66% compared to the previous year, with Oasis Market's membership totaling 950,000 as of last month.
