[Tomorrow's Weather] Large Temperature Difference on Chunbun... Daytime Highs 9~16°C
[Asia Economy Reporter Cho Hyun-ui] On Monday, the 21st, which is also the vernal equinox, the sky will be occasionally cloudy nationwide, with the southern coast and Jeju Island mostly cloudy.
The morning low temperature is forecasted to be between -5 to 5 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature between 9 to 16 degrees Celsius. The temperature difference between day and night will be very large, around 15 degrees, especially inland. Frost may form in various inland areas, so caution is needed to prevent cold damage to crops and to manage health during the seasonal change.
Fine dust levels are expected to be 'bad' in southern Gyeonggi and Chungbuk, and 'good' to 'normal' in other regions. Sejong and Daegu will temporarily experience 'bad' levels in the morning.
From the afternoon, strong gusts along with thunder and lightning will occur in the southern offshore waters of Jeju Island, with high waves, so vessels navigating or fishing should be cautious. On the east coast, high swell waves will strongly surge onto sandy beaches in some areas.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the South Sea coastal waters. The wave height in the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline) is expected to be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East and West Seas, and 1.0 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea.
