The safe folic acid contains 400㎍ of folic acid, the daily recommended intake, and includes vitamin B12 necessary for folic acid metabolism to enhance absorption in the body. The safe iron supplement contains 24mg of iron, the daily required amount for pregnant women, made from non-animal ingredients.
