[Asia Economy Reporter Chunhee Lee] Huons Meditech announced on the 15th that it participated in the international medical device and hospital equipment exhibition 'KIMES 2022,' held for four days from the 10th to the 13th at COEX in Seoul, showcasing a comprehensive medical device portfolio ranging from disinfection and sterilization to aesthetics and treatment.
At this exhibition, Huons Meditech presented representative devices covering various medical fields, including ▲ in the disinfection and sterilization area, the space sterilizer 'Huen IVH ER,' widely used as an ambulance sterilizer ▲ in the aesthetic area, the 3rd generation automatic pressure injection device 'Derma Shine Pro' and the acne treatment medical device 'Derma Acne' ▲ and in the treatment area, the female drug injector 'Jilsop' used in obstetrics and gynecology.
The Huen IVH ER was developed to efficiently and quickly eliminate various viruses and bacteria with a more compact size compared to commercial space sterilizers and patented 'Air Cushion Technology.' It was evaluated as having superior sterilization power and price competitiveness compared to overseas products.
The Derma Shine Pro is the latest model of the Derma Shine series, which has recorded over 10,000 units sold worldwide. It features an upgraded pressure-sensing injection system, detailed drug injection volume and speed setting functions, compatibility with various syringes (32G, 34G 9Pin sterilized needles), and a 7-inch LCD panel. The Derma Acne, which combines three medical devices effective for skin diseases (pulsed light irradiator, universal electrosurgical unit, high-frequency stimulator) for the first time in Korea, is highly economical and efficient. It also received the European CE certification as the first acne treatment medical device, demonstrating excellent technology and effectiveness.
