Daewoo E&C 'Gimcheon Prugio The First' On-site Commercial Space Sale
Daewoo E&C announced on the 15th that it will sell commercial spaces within the 'Gimcheon Prugio The First' complex located at 482-1 Bugok-dong, Gimcheon-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do.
The commercial spaces will be built as a two-story building with 18 stores. It is expected to secure a fixed demand from 703 households and absorb residential demand from approximately 3,400 households in four nearby complexes.
The sale will be conducted through a sealed bid auction with undisclosed starting prices. Bidding applications will be accepted on March 17th (Thursday) from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. A bid deposit of 10 million KRW per store must be deposited into the designated account, and the bank transfer receipt along with the required documents must be submitted during the application.
The winners will be announced on the same day (17th) between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m., and contracts with the successful bidders will be signed from March 17th to 18th. The expected move-in date is June 2024.

A Daewoo E&C official stated, "Commercial spaces within a fully sold complex can gain high recognition through previous successful sales, attracting more interest from demanders compared to standalone commercial spaces. With solid residential demand, the risk is relatively low, which increases investor interest."
