Modamoda Shampoo Expands into Major US Retail Channels Including 'Target'

Modamoda confirmed the entry of its functional shampoo, 'Modamoda Prochange Black Shampoo,' into five major retail chains, including 'Target,' a representative retail chain with about 1,900 stores nationwide across the U.S.
Starting as early as this month, Modamoda Shampoo will begin sales on Target's online mall, 'Target.com.' Subsequently, it plans to sequentially sell through global wholesale marts and large supermarket chains such as H.E.B and ABC MART.
Baehyungjin, CEO of Modamoda, said, "The U.S. is a market with particularly high interest in hair care products, especially hair coloring products," and added, "More than 50 distribution companies in the U.S. have completed both the WERCSmart review and registration, which confirm whether each supplier's products comply with regulations."

Meanwhile, Modamoda is also negotiating to sell its products next month at ULTA, the largest beauty retailer in the U.S., and CVS, the number one drugstore market share holder.
