"Accelerating Electric Vehicle Popularization" Chevrolet Bolt EUV TV Commercial Unveiled
Chevrolet electric SUV Bolt EUV and TV commercial models actors Lee Je-hoon and Lee Dong-hwi
[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Dae-yeol] Chevrolet announced on the 14th that actors Lee Je-hoon and Lee Dong-hwi have been selected as TV commercial models for the electric sport utility vehicle (SUV) Bolt EUV, which is set to be launched domestically. The advertisement was produced as two episodes. The two actors, met at the filming site, talk about the vehicle's features and advantages.
The commercial highlights various safety features of the Bolt EUV, as well as its reasonable price and performance, capable of driving 403 km on a single charge. Additionally, the company emphasizes that the vehicle is suitable for the popularization of electric cars. Chevrolet's parent company, General Motors (GM), has stressed its 111-year history, technology, and manufacturing know-how in electric vehicles since producing 682 electric trucks in 1912. It is also recognized for opening the domestic long-distance electric vehicle market with the launch of the Bolt EV in 2017.
Since last year, GM has been running the EVerybody in campaign with the motto of popularizing electric vehicles for everyone, not just specific groups. Based on GM's Triple Zero vision to eliminate traffic accidents, carbon emissions, and traffic congestion, the company has refined its future electric vehicle strategy. Chevrolet plans to deliver the 2022 Bolt EV and Bolt EUV to customers starting from the second quarter.
