Bonsirak Introduces New Spring Menu: 'Salad Dosirak'
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] BONDOSIRAK announced on the 10th that it has newly launched salad lunch boxes and spring season menus to welcome spring.
The new menu features six types of BONDOSIRAK & Salad’s ‘Salad Lunch Boxes’ and two spring limited menus. It is characterized by expanding the range to premium Korean-style salad lunch boxes, considering the demand of customers who want a ‘light but hearty meal.’
The six salad lunch boxes include ▲Basak Bulgogi ▲Sous Vide Chicken Breast ▲Grilled Duck ▲Garlic Shrimp ▲Ricotta Cheese ▲Veggie, along with two spring season limited items offered annually: ▲Spring Naengi Beef Brisket Doenjang Stew ▲Spring Naengi Beef Brisket Doenjang Rice Bowl.
The salad lunch boxes are reinterpreted as ‘Korean-style salads’ by adding Korean ingredients such as oat barley rice, roasted pumpkin, and garlic as the basic composition, topped with Korean dishes like Basak Bulgogi and grilled duck as the main toppings.
BONDOSIRAK’s signature Basak Bulgogi is presented as ‘Basak Bulgogi Salad.’ For those who want a balanced intake of carbohydrates, protein, and fat, there is the sous vide chicken breast salad, and the ricotta cheese salad with added nuts for nutritional balance. Additionally, you can enjoy the unique garlic shrimp salad featuring gambas, the grilled duck salad with reduced oil, and a light yet rich veggie salad.
Dressings come in three types: Oriental, Lemon Garlic, and Balsamic, allowing customers to choose according to their preference. Various toppings such as ricotta cheese and nuts can also be added.
