Jungheung Group-Daewoo Construction Donate 500 Million KRW for East Coast Wildfire Damage
On the 10th, Jungheung Group and Daewoo E&C announced that they will donate 500 million KRW to help victims affected by the wildfires on the East Coast. The donation will be entrusted to the Community Chest of Korea.
This donation was jointly prepared by Jungheung Group and Daewoo E&C, and the contributions from Daewoo E&C employees came from the 'Coin Collection for Love Practice' fund. The 'Employee Coin Collection for Love Practice' is a unique social contribution activity of Daewoo E&C, where coins under 1,000 KRW are collected from employees' monthly salaries to support neighbors in need, and it has been ongoing since 2008.
