Yoon posted on his Facebook, stating, "The constitutional right to vote of the people must never be infringed," expressing this stance.
On the same day, Yoon also posted messages encouraging voting on Facebook around 9 AM and 1 PM.
He said, "Citizens confirmed with COVID-19 or under self-quarantine, please head to the polling station in your jurisdiction immediately," adding, "You must arrive at the polling station by 7:30 PM to be able to vote."
He continued, "We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by time restrictions and various limitations," emphasizing, "If you judge us through voting, we will ensure that such incidents never happen again."
