Jangseong-gun 'Food and Public Hygiene Business Environment Improvement Project' Recruitment
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Jo Hangyu] Jangseong-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 8th that it is recruiting businesses to participate in the food and public hygiene facility environment improvement project until the 31st.
The support target is food and public hygiene businesses that have registered their business and are operating in the county.
The support items are ▲Facility improvement project for 20 locations with 10 million KRW ▲Standing tables for 25 locations with 2 million KRW ▲Low-temperature storage for 10 locations with 3 million KRW, with 50% of the required project cost being self-funded.
The total project cost is approximately 514.6 million KRW, including provincial and county funds and self-funding, and the scale of support for the facility improvement project has been significantly expanded compared to last year.
Compared to the previous year, the support amount increased from 5 million KRW to 10 million KRW, and the number of supported businesses doubled from 10 to 20.
Business owners wishing to participate in the project can check the announcement on the county website and visit the Environmental Hygiene Division Hygiene Team at the county office with the application form and other required documents to apply.
The county plans to verify eligibility through document screening and on-site investigation, and select recipients through the review of the County Hygiene Business Support Deliberation Committee.
Selected businesses must complete facility improvements within six months and then apply for subsidy payment.
A county official said, “The difficulties faced by local small business owners due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic are significant. We will strengthen the competitiveness of the local commercial district by creating a pleasant and hygienic environment through expanded support for facility improvement costs.”
