Shinsegae Food's 'No Brand Burger' App Surpasses 50,000 Cumulative Downloads
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Shinsegae Food announced on the 8th that the Nobrand Burger application (app) surpassed 50,000 cumulative downloads just three weeks after its launch.
The Nobrand Burger app, developed to allow customers to order menu items through 'store pickup' and 'delivery orders' and receive various benefits, was launched on the 15th of last month.
Shinsegae Food analyzed that this result is due to the increased preference for non-face-to-face orders spread by COVID-19 and the expansion of the 'Timetech' (time + asset management) trend aimed at using time efficiently. During the 20 days after the Nobrand Burger app launch (February 15 to March 7), 88% of app orders were from customers who pre-ordered and then picked up their orders.
