Geosoft Unveils 3D Spatial Service Platform at MWC
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] Haesung Optics announced on the 4th that its affiliate, GeoSoft, participated in the 'World's Largest Mobile Industry Expo MWC 2022' and unveiled the 3D spatial construction platform 'Terapose.'
Terapose is composed by GeoSoft as a meta mobility platform including ▲indoor GPS system ▲integrated indoor-outdoor maps ▲3D spatial construction solutions ▲sensor fusion positioning solutions.
GeoSoft CEO Inhyun Ha explained, "Using the 3D virtual space construction service equipped in Terapose, 3D virtual spaces can be built five times faster than the existing manual methods." He added, "We plan to first apply it to indoor parking lots and large hospitals to provide 3D integrated navigation services."

Based on Terapose, GeoSoft is developing MaaS-based vehicle control systems and indoor positioning systems. They will introduce metaverse services combining digital twin and extended reality (XR) technologies.
