Medytox Donates 100 Million KRW Relief Fund to Embassy of Ukraine in Korea
Refusal to Accept Payment for Pharmaceuticals Previously Sent to Local Partner Company
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-joo] Biopharmaceutical company Medytox announced on the 4th that it has donated 100 million KRW in relief funds to the Embassy of Ukraine in Korea to support local victims and refugees in Ukraine.
In addition, to strengthen cooperation with its Ukrainian partner and overcome difficulties together, Medytox decided not to collect payment for pharmaceuticals worth approximately 200 million KRW that had already been shipped.
A Medytox official stated, "After learning about the difficulties faced by our Ukrainian partner, we decided to share their pain," adding, "We hope this will be of some help to the local Ukrainian people and our partner company."
