Fresh Easy stated that since the Baeknyeon Gage meal kits sold 810,000 units last year, they expect to provide substantial new income to the fishing communities.

The newly released products are two types: ‘Kijogae Scallop Risotto’ and ‘Maesaengi Oyster Kalguksu.’ Based on rapid freezing technology, these products feature the taste and texture of high-quality, fresh local specialties exactly as they are. The Kijogae Scallop Risotto uses scallops harvested from Sapsido Fishing Village Experience and Recreation Village in Boryeong-si, Chungcheongnam-do as the main ingredient. The product consists of barley risotto topped with thinly sliced scallops, complemented by truffle oil and snowflake cheese. The Maesaengi Oyster Kalguksu combines maesaengi from Wando and oysters from Tongyeong to create a harmonious flavor.
