Actor Choi Cheol-ho Arrested in Flagrante Delicto for Trespassing
Drunken State at the Time of Arrest
[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Sehee] Actor Choi Cheolho (52) was arrested by the police on charges of causing a disturbance by shouting in a building late at night.
The Gangnam Police Station in Seoul announced that Choi was arrested on charges of trespassing at around 1:32 a.m. on the 3rd. Choi is accused of entering a villa building located in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, at around 12:40 a.m. that day, knocking on doors and shouting.
He was arrested on the spot after refusing to leave when police officers, who responded to a resident's report, requested him to do so. It was confirmed that Choi was intoxicated at the time of his arrest.

During the police investigation, Choi reportedly stated that he went to meet a company representative living in the building.
