Hyundai Elevator Appoints Head of Department Jo Jae-cheon as New CEO
[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Dae-yeol] Hyundai Elevator announced on the 2nd that Jo Jae-cheon, Head of the Elevator Business Division (Executive Director), has been appointed as the new CEO.
Jo, the newly appointed CEO, was born in 1964 and graduated from Yonsei University. He has consistently worked in the elevator sales sector. The company explained that he played a significant role in increasing the company's market share, having been in charge of sales for the domestic elevator business division in 2013 and promoted to Head of the Elevator Business Division in 2019. He was promoted to Executive Director last year.
