Expansion and Reorganization of the Retirement Pension Specialized Center
[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Je-hoon] Shinhan Bank announced on the 2nd that it will launch the 'Retirement Pension Customer Management Center' to provide systematic and professional management services and improve returns for retirement pension subscribers.
The Retirement Pension Customer Management Center was launched by significantly expanding the existing retirement pension specialized center in line with changes in the retirement pension market, such as the rapid growth of defined contribution (DC) and individual retirement pension (IRP) plans where subscribers manage assets directly, and the default option scheduled to be introduced this year.
In particular, veteran retirement planning consultants who are former private bankers (PB) and about 50 outstanding investment counseling employees selected through an internal contest will provide professional consulting services focused on portfolio-based asset management and administration to DC and IRP subscribers.
Shinhan Bank fully introduced the retirement pension customer management system last year and is concentrating its capabilities on managing customer returns through nationwide retirement pension management branches, specialized centers, and dedicated call centers. It has also strengthened its lineup of products and services for retirement pension customer management, including AI voice bot services, SOL retirement pension hyper-personalized consultants, ETF product management, and 1:1 customized retirement solutions.
