Anyone in Miryang City Gets 100,000 Won... Miryang City to Distribute 'Disaster Relief Funds'
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Jucheol In] Miryang City, Gyeongnam Province, announced on the 1st that it will provide the 'Miryang-type Daily Recovery Living Support Fund' to all citizens struggling due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic.
The city of Miryang has independently secured 10.5 billion KRW in funds to support all 105,000 citizens with 100,000 KRW each.
Miryang City plans to enact the ordinance establishing the basis for the support fund payment within this month, review the supplementary budget, and start distributing the funds in the form of prepaid cards around April 11.
Applications can be made by the head of the household or household members aged 19 or older by visiting the administrative welfare center in their respective eup, myeon, or dong to receive the household unit card collectively.
