1,231,000 Doses of Pfizer Direct Contract Vaccine Arrive at Incheon Airport on the 2nd
[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-yoon] The 1,231,000 doses of COVID-19 vaccine individually contracted with the U.S. pharmaceutical company Pfizer will arrive in the country on the 2nd.
According to the COVID-19 Vaccination Response Promotion Team (Promotion Team) on the 1st, 1,231,000 doses of the Pfizer vaccine will arrive at Incheon Airport at 12:25 PM on the 2nd via flight KE8518.
With this, 10.94 million doses out of the 150.44 million doses of vaccines secured by the government this year will be supplied domestically. The remaining 139.5 million doses are expected to be introduced within this year. The government secured 60 million doses of the Pfizer vaccine this year, of which 6.157 million doses will be fully introduced by the 2nd.
