Muan-gun, Recruiting Companies for Employment Succession Incentive Support
Quarterly support of 750,000 KRW for up to one year
[Muan=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Oh Hwan-joo] Muan County, Jeollanam-do is recruiting companies eligible for employment succession incentive support.
According to the announcement, applications are accepted quarterly. The first round is currently open, the second round will start from the 12th of next month, the third round from July 12, and the fourth round from November 11.
Eligible applicants are companies participating in the local-led youth job project types 1 and 3 within the jurisdiction, which have hired (converted) youth interns to regular employees and are registered with employment insurance.
Type 1 is the regional settlement support project, including village-related projects and agricultural and fishery distribution activists' workplaces (Nonghyup), and Type 3 is the regional inclusion project, supporting youth digital job workplaces.
Applications can only be submitted in person by submitting the application form and related documents to the Future Growth Division of the county office.
The county plans to select eligible companies for the first round of support in early April after verifying qualifications.
Meanwhile, the employment succession incentive support project provides companies with up to 750,000 KRW quarterly for up to one year if the employee maintains continuous employment for three months after conversion to a regular position.
