Korean Newspaper Association Appoints Kim Seok-jong of Kyunghyang Shinmun and Four Others as Vice Presidents
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heung-soon] The Korea Newspaper Association held its 352nd board meeting at the Korea Press Center on the 25th and announced on the 27th that it appointed Kim Seok-jong of Kyunghyang Shinmun, Lee Jong-hwan of Seoul Economic Daily, Kim Jeong-ho of Korea Economic Daily, Kim Yeo-song of Gwangju Ilbo, and Lee Sang-taek of Maeil Shinmun as vice presidents.
Prior to the board meeting, the 60th regular general meeting was held, where a new executive team consisting of 22 directors and 2 auditors, totaling 24 members, was formed. The terms of the new vice presidents and directors will last until the 2024 regular general meeting.
