On the 24th (local time), foreign media including the UK Daily Mail reported, "A video featuring a Ukrainian woman is spreading through social networking services (SNS)." The video is known to have been filmed on a street in Henichesk, a port city in the Kherson region of southern Ukraine.
In the video, a woman wearing a black coat approaches two heavily armed Russian soldiers and expresses anger by saying, "What are you doing in my country?" and "Why did you come to our country?"
The soldiers seemed to try to calm the woman, but she shouted, "Put seeds in your pocket so that sunflowers can grow on Ukrainian soil after you die," before leaving. The sunflower is Ukraine's national flower, and sunflower seeds are one of Ukraine's major exports.

In a video speech via Telegram, President Zelensky said, "Today, I heard that Russia wants to talk about Ukraine's neutral status," adding, "We are not afraid to talk about it."
