From the previous day, 2 to 7 cm of snow will fall on Ulleungdo and Dokdo, 1 to 5 cm in the mountainous areas of Jeju Island, and 1 to 3 cm on the west coast of Chungnam, the west coast of Jeolla, the southern inland area of Jeonbuk, and Jeju Island. Less than 0.1 cm of snow flurries will occur on the southern west coast of Gyeonggi, inland Chungcheong, and other parts of Jeolla (excluding the southern coast).
The morning low temperature is forecasted to be between -16 and -3 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature between -1 and 5 degrees Celsius.
Fine dust levels are expected to be between 'Good' and 'Moderate' across all regions.
In the East Sea offshore area where a wind and wave advisory is in effect, very strong winds and high waves will continue until the afternoon, so vessels engaged in navigation or fishing should exercise special caution.

Sea waves will be 1.0 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea nearshore waters, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the nearshore waters of the West Sea and South Sea. Wave heights in the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline) are predicted to be 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea, and 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea and South Sea.
