Gimhae City Supports Outstanding Volunteers with Gimhae Love Gift Certificates
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Jucheol In] Gimhae City in Gyeongnam announced on the 21st that it will provide the local gift certificate ‘Gimhae Sarang Gift Certificate’ to outstanding volunteers.
The recipients are citizens who have accumulated more than 300 hours of volunteer work from 2019 to 2021 and have volunteered for more than 10 hours this year, and the gift certificate will be given once per person.
Citizens with accumulated volunteer hours between 300 and less than 499 hours will receive a 10,000 KRW gift certificate, and those with 500 hours or more will receive a 20,000 KRW gift certificate.
The Gimhae Volunteer Center will accept applications from April 4 and send the gift certificates via mobile phone.

A Gimhae City official said, “We hope that the support of the Gimhae Sarang Gift Certificate for outstanding volunteers, promoted as a pilot project this year, will serve as an opportunity for more citizens to participate in volunteer work.”
