According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, from February 21 to 27, a total of 10,326 households (including officetels, urban lifestyle housing, private pre-subscriptions, public sales, and rentals, excluding Happy Housing) will accept subscription applications at 17 locations nationwide.

Dongbu Construction will accept first-priority local subscription applications for 'Centreville Asterium Yeongdeungpo,' located in Yeongdeungpo-dong 2-ga, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. The complex consists of two buildings from basement level 4 to 29 floors above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 49 to 59 square meters, totaling 156 households. Among these, 106 households will be sold to the general public. Yeongdeungpo Market Station on Subway Line 5 is within walking distance of the complex.
Hoban Construction will accept first-priority local subscription applications for 'Hoban Summit Grand Central,' located in Doma-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon. The complex consists of 11 buildings from basement level 4 to 35 floors above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 39 to 84 square meters, totaling 1,558 households. Among these, 1,017 households will be sold to the general public. Nearby are Daejeon Southwest Terminal, Doma Large Market, and Daecheong Hospital, and Yucheon Elementary School is located directly opposite the complex. The complex is situated at the center of the Doma Byeondong Redevelopment Promotion Zone, where large-scale redevelopment is underway.
