On the 17th, the National Jeongdong Theater announced that it will hold '2022 Jeongdong Palette' Geum Nanse's Classical Date. 'Geum Nanse's Classical Date' breaks away from the traditional classical concerts that only showcase performances, offering audiences a unique stage with interesting commentary through conversations between conductor Geum Nanse and artists.
The first performance will take place on the 16th at 11 a.m. Four musicians?violinist Kim Gyehee, flutist Baek Yangin, clarinetist Baek Yangji, and pianist Jo Minhyeon?will perform classical pieces.
They will present a violin solo of Ysa?e's Sonata No. 3 'Ballade' in D minor, Op. 27 (Sonata for Violin solo in D minor No. 3 ‘Ballade’, Op. 27), and Ysa?e's Caprice Op. 52, No. 6 after Saint-Sa?ns' ?tude in the form of a waltz (Caprice d’apr?s L’Etude en Forme de Valse op. 52, No. 6 de C. Saint-Sa?ns) performed by violin and piano.
Bloch's Concertino for Flute, Clarinet and Piano and Doppler's Andante et Rondo, Op. 25 (arranged for flute, clarinet, and piano) will be performed as a flute, clarinet, and piano trio.
Tickets for the first session of 'Geum Nanse's Classical Date' can be reserved on the 17th through the National Jeongdong Theater website and Interpark. All seats are priced at 10,000 KRW.
