Samsung Electronics plans to expand the launch of Bespoke Home to over 50 countries this year.
◆Completion of Premium Experience with the Launch of the ‘Infinite’ Line= On the 17th, Samsung Electronics unveiled 24 new products including the Infinite line and services focused on strengthening customer connection and experience. The vision is to go beyond existing bespoke appliances to expand and enrich consumer experiences.
The Infinite line consists of single-door refrigerators specialized in refrigeration, freezing, kimchi, and wine functions, large-capacity four-door refrigerators, ovens, induction cooktops, smart hoods, and dishwashers. Among these, the wine refrigerator and smart hood are being introduced in Korea for the first time.
The wine refrigerator can store up to 101 bottles and features two compartments with adjustable temperatures ranging from 4 to 18°C. The smart hood is equipped with a ‘Triple Air Sensor’ that senses air quality during cooking and continuously for 24 hours, operating at optimal airflow.

◆The Core of Future Appliances: ‘Connectivity’ and ‘Sustainability’= Samsung Electronics has integrated six major services?cooking, air care, pet care, garment care, energy, and home care?through the SmartThings Home Life service. By building a device connection platform that can be easily operated via touch or voice commands, Samsung aims to retain customers once they enter the Samsung ecosystem.
Lee Jae-seung, President of Samsung Electronics’ Home Appliance Business Division, said, "Focusing on expanding customer experience, we conducted data-based analysis accumulated over time, resulting in device connectivity and automation services centered on six categories essential to consumers."
The cooking service recommends recipes based on stored ingredients and allows inventory management of wine stored in the wine refrigerator by photographing wine bottle labels.
The energy service provides monthly electricity usage and estimated bills, and uses AI to predict consumption and notify users of charges. Air care analyzes indoor and outdoor air quality to automatically control air purifiers, and garment care offers optimal clothing management through connectivity among washers, dryers, and Air Dressers. Pet care functions include detecting a dog’s barking and playing music accordingly.
Samsung Electronics also offers services for ‘sustainable appliances,’ such as bespoke appliance panel replacement and lifetime warranty programs. Wi-Fi-enabled models support continuous software upgrades.
