View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yeo Jong-gu] Gyeongsan City, Gyeongbuk Province announced on the 14th that it has published an e-book titled ‘2022 Changed Systems and Policies.’
The newly published e-book compiles 53 tasks across 5 fields that are newly implemented or changed starting this year.
The city carefully selected systems closely related to citizens' daily lives among the tasks newly implemented by local governments and the central government.
It is composed of 6 tasks in general, administrative, and safety fields; 11 in jobs and economy; 24 in welfare and health; 4 in construction and environment; and 8 in agriculture, forestry, and livestock fields.
Major changed systems include the First Meeting Support Fund, Gyeongsangbuk-do Farmers and Fishermen Allowance, increase in the income ceiling for Earned Income Tax Credit, expansion of public office holidays to private companies, launch of Youth Hope Savings, implementation of the 3+3 parental leave system, payment of infection control allowance, relaxation of the age requirement for subscribing to farmland pension and introduction of preferential products.
Additionally, projects independently implemented by the city include support for COVID-19 self-diagnosis kits, support for birth celebration supplies, school uniform purchase support, support for multi-child families, temporary special support for youth monthly rent, self-cleanup of our restaurants, reuse of food ice packs, advance notification service for parking and stopping enforcement, youth transportation support for small and medium enterprises in industrial complexes, win-win projects for dairy and pig farmers, and pet microchip registration, totaling 22 projects.
