On the same day, Lee arrived in Busan earlier than candidate Yoon and conducted this election campaign. The strategy is to ride this smaller vehicle, compared to the usual large truck campaign vehicles, and travel through every corner of Busan's alleys.
In front of Gupo Market that day, Lee said, "A little more strength is needed to develop Busan," and added, "In this presidential election, please overwhelmingly support candidate number 2, Yoon Seok-yeol, to make him the winner."
He continued, "After the presidential election, if you elect our candidates with overwhelming votes in the local elections as well, we will prioritize and resolve issues that Busan cares about, from the new airport on Gadeokdo to the redevelopment of the North Port, and furthermore, hosting the Expo."
