According to KORAIL on the 12th, President Na received a report on this year's business plan from the Seoul Metropolitan Headquarters on the afternoon of the 11th, and visited Yeongdeungpo Station. He emphasized the importance of doing his best to prevent the spread of the Omicron variant through quarantine and customer guidance tailored to the station's characteristics, where more than 80% of passengers use the metropolitan subway.
In particular, he checked the strengthened quarantine measures against Omicron, such as disinfecting single-ride subway cards and stocking self-diagnostic kits for employees, and urged thorough guidance to ensure the safety of train passengers.
President Na also inspected the station office, broadcasting room, and local control room, encouraged the staff, and requested that they make every effort to maintain business continuity to minimize gaps in case of emergency situations such as employee infections and to provide stable customer service.
