Goodoc Launches Real-Time Non-Face-to-Face Medical Service... "Focused Support for Home Treatment"
[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] Mobile healthcare platform Goodoc announced on the 11th that it has launched a total non-face-to-face medical care service that enables immediate home treatment on mobile without visiting medical institutions and is responsible for prescription drug delivery.
The non-face-to-face medical service introduced by Goodoc supports a wide range of medical items in a real-time remote system, from symptoms of concern for COVID-19 Omicron infection such as high fever and cough to chronic diseases like gastrointestinal issues and hypertension, as well as pediatrics, urology, hair loss, and diet.
Patients using this service can receive medical treatment and prescriptions within 3 minutes by accessing the Goodoc application. It also supports a system for directly receiving prescribed drugs and home delivery after treatment, including ▲visiting nearby pharmacies ▲general courier delivery within 2-3 days ▲quick delivery within 1 hour.
The company stated that as the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases exceeds 50,000 per day and the domestic medical management capacity is reaching saturation, it plans to focus all efforts on intensively supporting self-home treatment, which is expanding due to the Omicron impact, by systematizing the non-face-to-face medical care system.
