Gwangju and Jeonnam Local Government Satisfaction Survey: Hampyeong-gun Ranks 3rd Among County-Level Units
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] Hampyeong County in Jeollanam-do ranked 3rd among county-level units in the '2021 Gwangju-Jeonnam Local Government Evaluation.'
According to the county on the 11th, this evaluation was conducted by Research View on behalf of KBC and the Graduate School of Policy at Chonnam National University, targeting 100 residents from each of the 27 local governments in Gwangju and Jeonnam from December 9 to 28 last year.
The evaluation method combined detailed indicators such as administrative services (30%), financial capacity (20%), and resident satisfaction (50%) to determine the rankings.
As a result, Hampyeong County received a score of 4.84, ranking 3rd among county-level evaluations following Yeonggwang County (5.33 points) and Sinan County (5.03 points).

In particular, Hampyeong County scored 6.81 in the financial capacity evaluation, the highest score among all cities, counties, and districts in Gwangju and Jeonnam.
