[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] Shinhan Bank announced on the 11th that it has established a Digital SOHO Sales Department and a WM Sales Department to expand the non-face-to-face financial sector for individual business owners and wealth management (WM) customers.
Shinhan Bank has previously operated a Digital Sales Department to provide comprehensive consultation services at the same level as face-to-face channels for individual customers who prefer non-face-to-face channels. In addition, with the establishment of these two sales departments, not only individual customers but also individual business owners and premier customers can experience non-face-to-face financial services and receive consulting services equivalent to face-to-face levels.
The Digital SOHO Sales Department targets individual business owner customers in the Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon areas who prefer non-face-to-face channels and hold regional credit guarantee foundation guaranteed loans and Shinhan Bank’s non-face-to-face SOHO loans (Solpyeonhan Business Owner Loan, Shinhan Quick Settlement Loan, Ttaenggyeoyo Business Owner Loan). Shinhan Bank will provide differentiated customer management based on data and customized financial consulting services by dedicated staff, with plans to expand this nationwide in the future.
The Digital WM Sales Department will equip the Shinhan SOL application with ▲My Care ▲Artificial Intelligence (AI) customized asset management ▲real-time talk consultation ▲expert consultation linkage services for high-net-worth customers who prefer non-face-to-face services, providing asset management services through one-on-one dedicated staff matching.
