[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Lotte Tour Development announced on the 10th that it recently launched new menu items at the Grand Hyatt Jeju 'Popup Plaza' within the Jeju Dream Tower Complex Resort.
New additions include snack items such as shrimp menbosha with tartar sauce, fried mantis shrimp, and fried squid, as well as Dream Tantanmen, mini Dream Burgers, chili cheese hot dogs with nachos, garlic French fries, and Dream milkshakes topped with Valrhona chocolate.
Dream Tantanmen is presented by Vincent Wong, who oversees Chinese cuisine at the Grand Hyatt Jeju. It offers a smaller-sized version of the popular signature dish from 'China House' (Sichuan-style Tantanmen). At the 'Popup Plaza,' it is available at a more reasonable price.
The mini Dream Burger is a smaller-sized version of the Dream Burger created by Chef Burton, the executive chef at 'Steak House,' which is normally available only as a lunch limited menu. It is sold at half the price of the original Dream Burger from 'Steak House.'
A representative from Lotte Tour Development said, "You can enjoy menus directly presented by the global star chefs of the Grand Hyatt Jeju at reasonable prices, offering great cost-effectiveness."
At the 'Popup Plaza,' guests can enjoy snacks and beverages with a street food concept, providing a unique dining experience that has never been available at hotels before. It is divided into six categories: Dream Cafe, juice, snacks, hot dogs, waffles, and chocolate, and is designed in the form of a popup store where you can choose and enjoy street food.
