Hanul Nuclear Power Headquarters Supports Household Water Supply Fees in Uljin-gun
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Gwiyeol] Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Hanul Nuclear Power Headquarters is conducting a household water bill support project for about 20,000 households in Uljin-gun.
The water bill support project, based on an agreement with the Uljin-gun Clear Water Office in January, provides support up to 5,000 KRW per month for households using household water meters, excluding basic and overdue charges. No separate application is required, and it is expected to be reflected from the February bill.
Last year, Hanul Headquarters supported about 2.9 billion KRW through residential and industrial electricity bill subsidy projects and household TV license fee support projects. In addition to existing projects, this year, 1 billion KRW will be additionally supported for the household water bill support project.
A resident of Buk-myeon said, “I am grateful for the household water bill support project that residents can directly feel, and I hope the support will be provided so that many residents can benefit evenly.”
