[Asia Economy Reporter Kwak Minjae] Daekyo announced on the 8th that it will conduct the "2022 Education Management Entry-Level Employee Open Recruitment" until the 20th. Selected candidates will be hired as full-time entry-level employees in May after a 5-week internship evaluation in the education department.
The internship consists of an introductory training program sharing Daekyo's vision and a field training program to experience the educational site. Applicants must be prospective graduates or graduates of four-year universities. There are no restrictions on majors.
After passing document screening, aptitude tests, and interviews, selected candidates will complete a 5-week internship program starting in March. Each education branch will assign a member as a mentor to support prospective employees in developing their capabilities as education management staff.
