Germany reports a record high of 248,838 new daily COVID-19 cases

According to the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) in Germany on the 4th (local time), the number of newly confirmed cases in the past 24 hours was recorded at 248,838. As a result, the cumulative number of confirmed cases has increased to 10,671,602.
