[Tomorrow's Weather] Mostly Clear Nationwide... Cold Wave Continues
[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] Tomorrow, Friday the 4th, the whole country is expected to be mostly clear with severe cold continuing.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, tomorrow, which is Ipchun (the beginning of spring) according to the solar terms, the whole country will be mostly clear, but there will be many clouds in the Chungcheong region, Jeolla region, western inland Gyeongsang, and Jeju Island.
In the western part of Chungnam and the northern part of Jeonbuk's west coast, there will be places with snow in the early morning. In the southwestern part of Gyeonggi and the eastern part of Chungnam, snow will fall in the early morning, and on the Jeolla west coast except for the northern part of Jeolla's west coast, snow will flutter in the morning.
Snow is expected to fall from night in the Jeolla region and the Chungnam west coast. On Jeju Island, rain or snow will fall at the same time. In the western inland Gyeongsang, snow will flutter from night, and in southern Gyeonggi, snow will flutter from late afternoon to evening.
Expected snowfall and precipitation amounts until the 5th are 3 to 10 cm of snow or 5 to 10 mm of rain in the mountainous areas of Jeju Island, 1 to 5 cm of snow (7 cm or more in some places in western Jeonbuk and northern Jeonnam) or about 5 mm of rain in the Jeolla region, and 1 to 3 cm of snow or less than 5 mm of rain in the Chungnam region (excluding southeastern inland), central and southern Chungbuk, and Jeju Island (excluding mountainous areas).
The morning low temperature is expected to be between -13 and -2 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature between -3 and 7 degrees Celsius.
Fine dust concentration will be 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea nearshore, 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea nearshore, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the South Sea nearshore.

Wave heights in the offshore seas (about 200 km from the coastline) are predicted to be 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the West Sea, and 1.0 to 3.0 meters in the South Sea.
