Green ENS Co., Ltd. Labor and Management Donate Waste Recycling Fund Collected Over One Year
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Yoon Jamin] Green ENS Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Sookhee) donated the funds collected by recycling resources gathered over a year together with the KT on-site labor-management to the Gwangju Community Chest of Korea.
The donation will be used to support low-income neighbors in need of care within the region.
This donation is part of the recently emphasized domestic and international ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) management, planned through active communication between Green ENS Co., Ltd. and the labor-management to promote environmental protection and corporate social responsibility by donating through recycling.
An on-site worker said, “Despite the difficult working conditions, we collected waste to help neighbors who are in more difficult situations than ourselves and delivered the amount saved over a year,” adding, “The workers feel proud to have practiced a meaningful act with one heart and mind.”
Lee Sookhee, CEO of Green ENS, stated, “We decided to donate an amount equal to the amount donated on-site to express our gratitude and appreciation for the hard work of the field workers.”
Meanwhile, CEO Lee is the 31st member of the Gwangju Honor Society, a high-donor group of the Community Chest of Korea.
