Hapcheon-gun Facilities Management Corporation Holds Plaque Unveiling Ceremony
A New Beginning as a Specialized Public Facility Management Organization
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Hapcheon-gun, Gyeongnam held a plaque unveiling ceremony for the Facilities Management Corporation on the 25th at the office inside the Hapcheon-gun Comprehensive Welfare Center.
This place officially launched on the 12th with the aim of improving management efficiency and citizen satisfaction by integrating the management and operation of various facilities that were individually managed and operated by each department of the county office.
The Facilities Management Corporation plans to take over and manage facilities starting with the transfer of facilities such as the Video Theme Park, Sewage Treatment Facility, and Jeongyang Leisure Sports Park.
County Governor Moon Jun-hee said, “The establishment of the Facilities Management Corporation has laid the foundation for the systematic promotion of public facility management in Hapcheon-gun,” and added, “We will cooperate to the fullest extent so that it can become a professional facility management organization.”

A representative of the county’s Facilities Management Corporation expressed their aspiration, saying, “In the first year of launch, we aim for the stable early settlement of the organization and will strive to contribute to revitalizing the local economy through providing better administrative services to improve residents’ welfare and creating jobs by hiring new employees.”
